On our journey there will be obstacles. Stay the course.
Our weight loss will plateau. Stay the course.
We’ll get knocked off for a day or two when we get sick. Pick up where you left off. Don’t backtrack. Stay the course.
There will me mental and emotional struggles. Stay the course.
There will be physical challenges. Stay the course.
There will be vacations. Stay the course.
We’ll have conflicts with our spouse or partner. Stay the course.
We’ll have conflicts with our kids. Stay the course.
We’ll have conflicts with our family. Stay the course.
We’ll have time and money conflicts. Stay the course.
We’ll have high energy days and low energy days. Stay the course.
By the time we reach our destination, our course will not have been a straight line, but if we stay the course, it’ll be close enough!
