They practically speak to us out loud, calling our name to rescue them from the dark and lonely pantry, freezer or other unmentionable hiding place. Trust us, we know how it is!

—Chocolate
—Breads
—Crackers
—Cookies
—Baked Goods
—Chips
—Ice Cream
—Fried Foods
Also remove all foods containing the following ingredients:
—White Sugar
—Brown Sugar
—Raw Sugar
—Corn Syrup
—Hydrogenated Oils
—Honey
—Maple Syrup
—White Flour
—White Rice
—Beer
—Hard Alcohol
—Wine
