Chris Powell answers a question that maybe a lot of you have wondered yourself, “How much weight can I expect to lose while on this program?”
According to Chris, to figure out how much weight is safe to lose while on the Reshape program, you simply take your weight in pounds, and move the decimal place over to the left two spaces. That is how much weight PER WEEK is safe to lose.
